JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a meaningful job where you contribute to a better environment? We are now looking for two dedicated environmental workers who enjoy physical work and want to be part of our team at Renova. For our collection operations in Kungälv, we are seeking two environmental workers with a C license.

About the role

You will be part of a workgroup that collects and empties waste and materials using a rear-loading garbage truck. Together with your colleagues, you will plan the daily work to find an optimal route considering time, environment, economy, and delivery precision for customers. You will have daily contact with the team leader and traffic management, and if necessary, you will also contact Renova's workshop. The job includes daily supervision and maintenance of the vehicle.

You are Renova's face to the public and play an important role in contact with customers and the public. Through your work, you contribute to ensuring efficient and sustainable waste management.

The working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. You will start and end your workdays in Rollsbo, where Renova has its office.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing work conditions.

Requirements:

• High school education
• C driver's license
• Valid YKB
• Good Swedish in speaking and writing
• Experience with basic administration, such as reporting via vehicle computer

Meritorious:

• Experience in truck driving
• Experience in the waste or recycling industry
